How to move a PIX4Dmapper license to another computer - PIX4Dmapper

Note: Your Pix4D license is a floating license, so you can log out of PIX4Dmapper on one computer and log in to PIX4Dmapper on another. You do not need to uninstall PIX4Dmapper to move your Pix4D license from one computer to another.

To move your Pix4D license from one computer to another: 

1. Log out of PIX4Dmapper desktop application on your current computer: How to log out of PIX4Dmapper.
2. Install PIX4Dmapper on your new computer: Software Download and Installation.
3. Launch PIX4Dmapper on your new computer and log in with Pix4D account: How to log in to PIX4Dmapper.

 
Important: Each Pix4D license includes a certain number of seats. Each license seat can activate a computer. Learn about the total number of license seats included with each Pix4D license: Floating license.

    hi, I have a problem to log in pix4d desktop, the error e0706h appears (could not acquire the license)

    We are able to offer a trial license to Pix4Dmapper Pro for a limited time and we have been notified that you have requested multiple trial licenses using other Pix4D accounts in the past.

    Please keep in mind that each license to Pix4Dmapper Pro comes with a floating license, which allows you to activate Pix4Dmapper Pro on as many computers provided the number of seats included with your license.

    Hello, i just got new computer and cant deativate my 2 licenses and activate one on my new computer, can you help ?

    I don't have acsess to my old computers.

     

    And one more ? can i share my licence with 2 profiles, so we have one each ?

    Hi Jacob,

    I have manually deactivated the device DT-Farum-JSV from the license key 2e3c5319 associated with your account. There should now be two free seats on this license that you can use with other devices

    Please note that you can deactivate your device by yourself from your license management panel page: https://cloud.pix4d.com/account/licenses
    For step by step instructions please see the article: How to remotely deactivate a device

    If you have two devices available with your license, you can use them with two devices if profiles means devices.

    Hello!
    I have a problem when trying to log in to Pix4D (e0706c). I would like to deactivate the license until the problem is resolved in order to work on another computer. However, deactivation in my account is not available (it is not clear why). I can ask you to deactivate the license remotely.

    Tengo un problema al intentar iniciar sesión en Pix4D. Me gustaría desactivar la licencia hasta que se resuelva el problema para poder trabajar en otra computadora. Sin embargo, la desactivación en mi cuenta no está disponible (no está claro por qué). Puedo pedirle que desactive la licencia de forma remota, actualmente tengo la version 3.1.22, gracias

    Hola,
    tengo una licencia de pix4d para dos maquinas,
    una de las computadoras tiene problema y reinstaló todo el sistema operativo y también los programas,
    incluyendo el pix4d.
    Cuando intento iniciar el pix4d el mismo habla que no tengo más licencias para otra máquina,
    o sea que las dos están siendo usadas. ¿qué debo hacer para que el pix4d vuelva a funcionar?

    He desactivado los dos dispositivos que estaban conectados. Para poder utilizarlos ahora tendrá que iniciar sesión.

    Tengo un problema. Uno de los dos equipos que tengo ya no funciona. compré un nuevo equipo y luego de instalar mi versión de Pix4Dmapper me dice que ya hay dos licencias activas. 

    qué debo hacer?

    He desactivado manualmente los dos dispositivos activos de la licencia asociada a su cuenta.

    Tenga en cuenta que puede desactivar el dispositivo usted mismo desde la página del panel de administración de licencias:
    https://cloud.pix4d.com/account/licenses.

    Pix4D pushed me an update.  Now when I try to run the software I get e0706g.  How do I roll back the software version?

     

    I have Pix4Dmapper Commercial with no expiration date.

    Buongiorno @volare alto srls, ho risposto alla sua domanda via ticket system, per evitare di condividere informazioni personali sulla Community.

    Hi @Shawn Gurke, your Support and Updates expired on the 2nd May, hence you can only upgrade up to the versions released until that date. You can check the release notes for the release dates of all the versions. Also, under your download page the latest stable downloadable version for you is suggested. According to the expiration date of your S&U, you should be able to access 4.3.33 or you can download the preview version 4.4.10 I have uploaded to this Google Drive folder here. It's suggested to renew the S&U cause there are some bug fixes and improvements continuously. You can renew your S&U under your License management page. More information in How to renew Support and Updates.

    I have transferred over the license to another computer, and when I log in it asks if I want discovery mode or commercial? I select commercial and open Pix4D model, but it doesn't allow me to process orthos? states license does not allow?

    Hi Felixcia. Pix4Dmodel is a limited version of the application that does not support ortho generation. It is designed for generating point cloud and mesh specifically. If you would like to generate step 3 data products then You should look into Pix4D Mapper. Check out the different options below.

    Hola enrique Si necesita dos computadoras para ejecutar pix4D al mismo tiempo, puede comprar una licencia adicional o cerrar la sesión entre las computadoras.

    Buen día... soy nuevo y me han asigando una PC en la cual una persona anterior en mi puesto instaló el pix4d con su usuario de prueba. Ahora que deseo ingresar mi usuario nuevo para evaluar un proyecto me aparece que tengo la licencia de prueba deshabilitada, supongo que es porque ya el programa fue habilitado en esta PC... el problema está en que no puedo utilizar otra PC por las características que exige el software. Hay alguna manera para poder activar esta versión de prueba nuevamente. Lo que deseo hacer es procesar unas imágenes para obtener curvas de nivel a nivel DTM, antes de adquirir una licencia mensual.
