The Pix4Dmapper license is assigned to the computer.
If multiple users use the same computer, they all need to activate the Pix4Dmapper license for the first time. Then, they do not need to deactivate and activate it each time that the user changes. If any of the users deactivate the software, it will affect all users.

I have PIX4D on my computer at work with a yearly cloud license for mapper and due to the virus outbreak I need to work from home. Can I use PIX4D on my home computer using the registered email and password I use here at work?
Yes, you can. You might have a device or 2 device license, the licenses are all floating. It means you will need to log out of one device to use in another. You can remotely deactivate a device: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004974006-How-to-remotely-deactivate-a-device. If for some reason, you cannot, you can reach out to us via a support ticket and we could deactivate the device for you.
