A seat of PIX4Dmapper license is assigned to a computer, laptop, device.
If multiple users wish to use the same computer with the same license, they should log in to PIX4Dmapper using the license email credentials of the license they would like to use. Once the computer is activated, the computer will occupy a seat under the license. Once the computer is activated, multiple users can use the same license.
If multiple users wish to use different licenses on the same computer, they should log in to PIX4Dmapper. Select their desired license. Once they finish using PIX4Dmapper, they can log out from the computer. The next user can then log in to use their desired license.

I have PIX4D on my computer at work with a yearly cloud license for mapper and due to the virus outbreak I need to work from home. Can I use PIX4D on my home computer using the registered email and password I use here at work?

Yes, you can. You might have a device or 2 device license, the licenses are all floating. It means you will need to log out of one device to use in another. You can remotely deactivate a device: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004974006-How-to-remotely-deactivate-a-device. If for some reason, you cannot, you can reach out to us via a support ticket and we could deactivate the device for you.
