Menu Project > GCP / MTP Manager... > GCP Coordinate System - PIX4Dmapper
This article explains the GCP coordinate system section of the GCP/MTP Manager.

Access: On the Menu bar, click
  Project > GCP/MTP Manager...

The GCP Coordinate System section is used to define the coordinate system on which the GCPs/MTPs/Check Points positions are based.
- Datum: Represents the selected GCPs' datum.
- Coordinate system: Represents the selected GCPs' coordinate system.
- When the selected coordinate system is a Geographic Coordinate System. When the selected coordinate system is a Geographic Coordinate System.
- When the selected coordinate system is a Projected Coordinate System. When the selected coordinate system is a Projected Coordinate System.
- Vertical coordinate system or Geoid Height Above the Ellipsoid: It is displayed in parenthesis. It represents the vertical coordinate system / Geoid Height Above the used ellipsoid that will be used to convert the GCPs height from geoid to ellipsoidal. For more information about when to use this function: When to use the Geoid Height Above the Ellipsoid Function? - PIX4Dmapper.
- Edit...: Opens the Select GCP Coordinate System pop-up that allows changing the selected coordinate system.
For more information: Select Image / GCP / Output Coordinate System - PIX4Dmapper
