How to access your PIX4D training

This article explains how to access PIX4D training courses.

PIX4D Training is included with all 1-year and 3-year subscription purchases. The enrollment is assigned to the information included on the invoice.

Training can also be purchased separately and assigned to a designated participant. 

To access your training enrollment:

  1. Ensure you have created and confirmed your PIX4D account. To do so, go to https://account.pix4d.com. A confimed PIX4D account is required to access the Training enrollments. 
  2. Go to training.pix4d.com/enrollments or follow the instructions included in the enrollment confirmed sent by PIX4D Training. Your PIX4D account will be recognized and you will be logged in automatically.
    1. If the Training enrollment is not visible, it is possible you are logged in with the wrong account. Be sure to log in with the same email address as was used to create the PIX4D Training enrollment. 
  3. Click the course to open it.
Important: To log into more than one PIX4D account on the same computer, use an incognito (Google Chrome) or private (Firefox) window.
If someone purchased training for you, please contact us with the invoice number, first name, last name, and email address.
