      Inaccurate home point coordinates when using Anafi AI drone - PIX4Dcapture Pro

      Description

      The first time using a Parrot Anafi AI drone, the home point coordinates are set incorrectly; a very random high number, or close to zero, will show in the User Interface).

      Cause

      A known bug in the Parrot SDK for the Anafi AI that we use in PIX4Dcapture Pro is causing this inaccuracy.

      Solution

      The procedure described here as the solution does not need to be repeated for every flight:

      • The pilot needs to take off once and land, and the position will be set correctly. If this does not help, try to take off and land a couple of times. We recommend performing this action using PIX4Dcapture Pro, but you could also use the Parrot app.
      • After that, any mission will be launched correctly.
