hi,
where i can see or adjust the rtk settings in pix4dcapture ios version?
thanks :-)
Hi Kai,
There are no RTK settings available on the iOS version of Pix4Dcapture. Then you won't be able to make any adjustments for it from our application. The RTK settings can probably be adjusted form the native drone application.

hi gael,
if i understand correctly, there is no possibility in pix4d (ios version) to see if rtk is active or not active ?
so i have to switch between the drone application and pix4d (ios) like in ctrl+dji and pix4d (android) for rtk settings ?
best,
Hi Kai,
My previous answer may have been confusing. Actually, the P4P RTK is not officially supported by Pix4Dcapture so we can not guarantee that it will work using it. It means that we did not test it with our application and in this way, we don't recommend using it.

Hi ,
When I use Pix4d Capture for aerial mapping, there is an error. I can't see the map clearly. It's cloudy. So I can't create a flight plan well. How can I solve it.
Thank
Hello, Kyaw,
The default basemap provider for Pix4Dcapture is Mapbox and it can be limited in some areas where indeed you will see clouds or it won't be up to date. Note that only the basemap provider is responsible for this and you have the ability on Pix4Dcapture to set another basemap provider or even add a custom one. I suggest you read the procedure here.
Best,
