When downloading the project files is not possible
When very large projects are processed on Pix4D Cloud, it is not possible to download the results folder by clicking on Export to Desktop because cloud server cannot successfully zip the project for technical reasons. For such projects, the output files can still be obtained by downloading them individually. For more information about downloading single output files: How to download results from the cloud.
