PIX4Dcapture Pro offers two versions - Discovery and Professional. The Discovery version is free and open to all Pix4D account holders, while the Professional version is available to all valid license holders.
This page explains the differences between the Discovery version of PIX4Dcapture Pro, open to all Pix4D users, and the Professional version of PIX4Dcapture Pro, open to all Pix4D users with a valid license for any Pix4D product.
Note: All Pix4D users with a paid Pix4D license or active trial license are considered valid license holders. One Time Charge (OTC) licenses (so-called "perpetual") need to have an active Support and Upgrade (S&U). Personal technical support and the latest PIX4Dcapture Pro version are only available to the Professional version.
Note for offline license holders: Owners of non-perpetual offline licenses for PIX4Dmatic and PIX4Dsurvey don't have automatic access to PIX4Dcapture Pro. These users will need to request access to the Pix4D sales team.

Tip: If you don't have a valid Pix4D license, but you are interested in trying the features of the Professional version of PIX4Dcapture Pro, you can request a PIX4Dcloud Advanced trial, which gives you access to the Professional version of PIX4Dcapture Pro. You can find the procedure here: How to get a trial license for PIX4Dcapture Pro.
If you already have a trial license for another Pix4D product, this also gives you access to the Professional version of PIX4Dcapture Pro.
