"Some files in your dataset could not be processed" warning - PIX4Dfields

Error messages 

 After importing the images and clicking Start process, the following errors may appear:

  • "Detected issues with your dataset. Some files in your dataset could not be processed."
  • "Detected issues with your dataset. Band configuration warning"DetectedIssues

Description

  • Some multispectral captures may have missing bands. Review the number of affected captures; processing may still be feasible. 
  • Some captures may contain incorrect EXIF metadata, which has been observed with the Mavic 3 Multispectral.

Solution

  • If less than 5% of captures are impacted, the project might process well.
    Click Process and analyse the results.
  • If the orthomosaic has artifacts or can't be processed, please make sure you are running the latest PIX4Dfields version and drone firmware.
